When Victoria is not working, she is enjoying time with her loved ones.

Melissa Slusser serves as the Bookkeeper at Ingram & Associates Real Estate, where she plays a vital role in the financial operations of the company. She has been with Ingram & Associates since 2021. With a strong focus on accuracy and organization, Melissa oversees all aspects of the company’s financial operations. From managing income and expenses to maintaining accurate financial records, Melissa ensures the fiscal health and compliance of the business. Her dedication to precision and organization makes her a key asset to the company’s day-to-day success.

Katie Burton is a Leasing Agent at Ingram & Associates Real Estate and serves as the welcoming face of the office. As the first point of contact for tenants, owners, and prospective clients, Katie handles everything from greeting visitors and answering phone calls to processing rental applications and maintenance work orders. Katie helps ensure smooth communication and efficient property management. In addition to her leasing responsibilities, Katie actively assists clients in buying and selling homes, bringing her knowledge, professionalism, and dedication to every transaction. Her dual role makes her an invaluable asset to both the property management and sales divisions of the company.
